Automotive is the one of the industries that needs to be as much free from the dust as possible in its manufacturing process. One vehicle is repeatedly painted before its completion. Every manufacturers has been repeating the process of trial and error in eliminating the dust and particle related painting failure, and dust suppression and prevention of electrostatic by means of humidification by AirAKI proved to be the last solution for this problem. AirAKI is also serving to other industries than automotive.

Electrostatic hardly arises when relative humidity is kept at 60-70% RH.

Dust fence and sprinkled water on the floor with attempt to prevent dust from scattering didn't produce the desired effect. Not only dust was suppressed, but electrostatic charged on vehicle bodies was reduced so that painting failures drastically reduced.
Charged voltage 5 kV on a vehicle body staged at the sanding process became 0 kV in the humidification booth.
Tens of commercially available humidifiers yet in shortage of the required humidity volume couldn't produce the desired humidity condition. Humidity increased from 30-40% up to 60-70% RH even with user-friendly automatic humidity control function.
Water spraying was supposed to get body surface wet and to cause repellence in painting. Dry Fog never wet vehicle bodies even if the mist directly hit them.
